Welcome to Our Global Classroom
Bodhi Courses offers an online classroom environment taught by Shaila Catherine that serves as a resource for meditators worldwide. The word Bodhi means to awaken. Our mission is to offer programs that support spiritual awakening and:
- strengthen mindfulness and meditation skills,
- deepen concentration and facilitate access to jhana states,
- bring compassion and wisdom into daily life,
- illuminate the liberating potential of the dhamma,
- and encourage inquiry into what the Buddha taught.
